Make sure the coconut manna is completely stirred before using it in your recipe. If the coconut oil has separated to the top, place the jar in hot water for 5-10 minutes to soften, then stir thoroughly once warmed.
In a bowl stir together the coconut manna, coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup and whatever mix-ins you're using.
Roll the soft dough into small balls. Roll the balls in the hemp seeds to coat and place in the freezer for a few minutes, just until firm.
Store at room temperature or freeze the extra for longer storage.
