{Sweet} Balanced Green Juice
Serves: 1 serving

Ingredients
  • 1 large organic cucumber
  • 3 large springs of organic basil (springs with multiple leaves on them, stem and all)
  • 1 medium organic fennel bulb and a large hand full of the grassy fawns
  • 4-5 large stems of curly kale
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop all your veggies to the size needed for your juicer. No need to chop the basil or remove it from the stem.
  2. Juice away per your usual routine.
  3. The only tip is make sure you put the basil in during the first half of juicing. Otherwise the sweet flavor is not as strong in the end product.
Notes
The combo of fennel and basil really makes this green juice delicious. It is one of the most mellow green juices I have tasted really. There is still a herbaceous note at the beginning from the kale but the finish is sweet and lingering. I hope you enjoy this super green juice as much as I do!

It’s full of Vitamins A,C, K, calcium, potassium, magnesium, folate, and antioxidants. Your body will love it as it’s easily digestible and gives a great boost of energy.

Lastly, because is has relatively no sugar (less than 1gm from the cucumber) you won’t get that body wrecking insulin crash we talked about earlier.
