Breakfast at Tiffany's Smoothie
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach, organic if possible
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries, organic if possible
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed (organic, like this)
  • ½ teaspoon maca powder (we like gelatinized maca powder like this for more bioavailability)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
