Spiced Vanilla Protein Powder Bread
- 1½ cup of almond flour
- 2 large scoops ALOHA vanilla protein powder
- ½ tsp. unrefined sea salt
- ½ tsp. aluminum-free baking powder
- 1½ tsp cinnamon
- 1½ tsp. all spice
- 1½ tsp. nutmeg
- 4 tsp. ground ginger
- ¾ cup coconut nectar
- 3 eggs, pastured and/or organic if possible
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients together in a bowl.
- Pour combined wet ingredients into dry ingredient bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
