Scratch Mommy continues their launch festivities with a DIY & Craft Book Giveaway from Chronicle Books.

Giveaway- Chronicle Books DIY & Crafter’s Dream Library

Hi Life From Scratchers! It’s DIY editor, Crystal, here. Today I wanted to share a little bit more about myself. Up until 3 months ago my day job was as a children’s book publicist. I worked for a Canadian company that distributed some of the biggest and best US publishers in Canada. I loved my job but had been there for over 7 years and was ready for a new challenge, so I set off and started my own social media and PR firm, West Coast Creative Co.

One of the things that I miss most about my old job is the books. Oh, the books. I was surrounded by inspiring, beautiful, tantalizing, amazing books EACH AND EVERY DAY. One of my favorite publishers that I worked with was Chronicle Books. Do you know them? If you don’t know them by name, I’m sure you know them by the books that they’ve published.

When I became the DIY editor at Scratch Mommy one of the first things that I did was email Chronicle and let them know about the site. They are big fans of living life from scratch and so they offered us a beautiful bundle of books to give away to one lucky reader!
