Breakfast at Tiffany's Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach, organic if possible
- ½ cup frozen blueberries, organic if possible
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon flax seed (organic, like this)
- ½ teaspoon maca powder (we like gelatinized maca powder like this for more bioavailability)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
