That got your attention, didn’t it?

Want to really turn your man on? Put away the perfume and pick up the pumpkin. Huh!???

I recently read a study indicating that pumpkins make your man…well, ummm…excited.

This study showed that the odor that most enhanced penile blood flow was (interestingly enough…) a combination of lavender and pumpkin pie.

In fact, the combination of these two scents increased penile blood flow by about 40 percent in this study’s participants.

Ingredients

  • 1/3C (~72g) Organic Shea Butter (like THIS)
  • 1T (~14g) Organic avocado oil (like THIS)
  • 1t (~17g) Organic coconut oil (like THIS)
  • 80g Organic pumpkin puree (like THIS)
  • Small pinch of cinnamon (like THIS)
  • 2-4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil (like THIS)

Tools Needed

  • High powered mixer (I absolutely LOVE mine, which is THIS)
  • Spatula
  • Jar (this makes approximate 4oz) and THESE would be great jars
  • Kitchen scale (optional, but one like THIS is VERY helpful in DIY projects)

Make It

  • Combine everything together in your mixing bowl.
  • Turn on low speed.
  • Turn off as needed and scrape down the sides.
  • Increase speed to medium and then to high (scraping down the sides as needed) until fully combined.
  • Scoop into your container and enjoy.
  • This will go bad, but keep it in the fridge and you’ll have a good week to use it.

Now, go grab your man…duck into the bedroom…apply your healthy lotion (better yet, have HIM apply it to YOU)…and see what happens.

Until next time…

xoxo,
Jess, aka Scratch Mommy

  1. If we would like it to last longer than a week, I am guessing we could use pumpkin and cinnamon essential oils rather than from food? Please advise, thank you.

  2. How long will this last? I’m thinking I could make a big batch and freeze portions in bags to take out as needed…think that’ll work?
